- Non-Compliance with Park Rules: No refunds will be granted if you are denied entry or removed from the park due to failure to comply with park rules, such as:
- Presenting a valid ID at entry.
- Adhering to rules like no firearms, no speeding over 10 mph, no glass bottles, or no underage drinking.
- Weather-Related Issues: No refunds will be issued for inclement weather, including severe conditions that may affect your experience, whether the park remains open or closes.
- Park Closures: No refunds will be provided for park closures due to unforeseen circumstances, such as safety concerns, operational issues, or external factors.
